The following instructions are provided to help you renew your ESET NOD32 Antivirus when it expires.

• Email support@uptimetech.com to procure your AV username, password, and original email address used to activate product.
• Then go to www.eset.com/store
• Click on the "Renew Your Software" link located near the top of the page's body.
• Enter your AV Username and Email Address that was originially used to activate the product. Submit.
• You can renew the antivirus for $27.99 for 1 year or $49.99 for 2 years.
• Sign in as an existing customer with email address and password supplied by Up Time.
• Complete the purchase with your credit card.
• You will receive 2 emails: One verifying the order and the other will contain your username and password (Note: Activation may take up to 12 hours to process). Keep these email confirmations for your records.
